|Recommended: YesGreat property management, comfortable living environment. 10 10. — Street parking can be tough to find close by if you don't have a paid for spot I would for 25 month but my vehicle would not fit, other than that slight inconvenience, living here is great. Shantel the property manager is kind and very adamant of responding quickly to any problems or questions you might have regarding the property, which there isn't many that I have ever experienced. Close to downtown and Tampa, hop right on the interstate and you'll be at the beach in under 20 minutes. Love living here, highly recommend to anyone looking for a Old Northeast Downtown vibe without having to pay the high prices

|Recommended: YesAn Oldie but a Goodie — The staff and maintenance team here are beyond amazing and professional. My apartment had an unforeseen issue that kept me from moving in on the designated date. The management worked quickly to get everything fixed to ensure that I could get in as quickly as possible and even provided a rental credit to help offset the expense of having to stay somewhere else. The character of the complex is aesthetically pleasing as the age provides lots of character. I love the layout of my apartment and the small details that make it unique from the standard apartment complex. With that being said, there are some issues that do arise with the building being older. There are some issues with windows not opening or not being flush in the panes. With older building and foundation settling it has caused some of the floor and doorways to become uneven. Also with the building being over 100 years old the insulation is not the greatest and I am able to hear my neighbors at times. Mostly them walking around in the apartment more than anything. But overall for the price, location, and staff, you can't beat this property.

|Recommended: YesQuaint and quiet Northeast location — My experience has been great here at Nordica Village. The apartment, patio, parking, location, everything Had a few maintenance items needed after move in and Shantel and the crew were quick to resolve. Very pleased with my time here. Would recommend to all looking for a spot close to downtown, yet far enough to feel somewhat secluded.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Love Our Apartment — We love living at Nordica Village. We were interested in the apartments months ago but there was a waitlist. By some miracle an apartment became available and we wasted no time to submit an application. Moving in was easy, the property manager Shantel was so friendly and very helpful every step of the way. We had minor issues when we moved in and maintenance fixed it ASAP. We just really love it here

|Recommended: YesMove in January 2021 — We love Nordica Village. It is a hidden gem in North Saint Petersburg. The entire moving process from the application to move in has been the best experience. Shantel has been so helpful to us. She is so organized, kind and cares truly about her tenants happiness. She is quick to get things done and has high attention to detail Marco, the contractor is such a friendly and respectful guy As for the apartment, it has been newly renovated and you can tell that the management cares about the quality of the space. The historic nature of the building comes with a very comfortable and home-like vibe. Location is amazing, price is fair, neighbors are friendly. We have so many good things to say. We are so happy and see our new apartment as a space we are excited to live in for a long time

|Recommended: YesGreat location with a good price point. — The area is great with lots of local restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Only a few minute drive to Central Avenue where everything else is located. The apartment has nice historic charm with plenty of natural lighting with its abundance of windows.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Live- Feels like Home — I just recently moved in and I already am in love with the place I currently live in the Woodlawn plan. The management has been so helpful and communicates frequently. They are willing to work with you to make your living experience enjoyable and are open to feedback. Maintenance is amazing and gets things done timely. I have a German Shepard and they were very open to having him on the property
In regards to the living space, I am very pleased. Firstly, the storage is abundant. The kitchen is spacious and even has room for a small table and chairs. The cabinets are deep and the appliances work well and includes a gas range stove My bathroom is small yet filled with plenty of storage The vintage tub fits me laying down and everything runs great My bedroom fits a queen sized though I'd recommend a full as it is a small bedroom. The closet is huge and I love the built in vanity The living room is homey and includes another huge closet that fits all my coats and storage boxes with room to spare. Saving the best for last, is the sun room I used my sun room as a dining music room and absolutely ADORE the space. The natural lighting in every room is perfect and I never turn on a light during the day as it gets so bright you don't need to.
Overall I highly recommend this complex to everyone as it feels like home, the area is friendly and safe, as well as the convenience to shopping. There is a grocery store walking distance as well as a gas station. Parking is accessible and includes a carport. The only downfall to my unit is not having laundry inside my unit but there is a facility on site you can use The management really seems to care about taking care of this complex and even has plans to renovate over time.
